Grievance Filed! New Doctor and Medical Plan!


Getting ready for a fresh start with a new doctor and a brand new medical plan! I called my insurance company, BlueShield, to make a grievance, Change Doctor, and change my medical Plan, for my health and wellness, because switching to a new doctor and creating a personalized medical plan was necessary for my medical condition. The Medical Center I was going to didn't actually have a Medical Doctor. They had an NP, Nurse Practitioner.
