In this video, I, Jerome Rubio of GenX Xperiment, share my recent frustrating experience with several Government Assistance help lines that seem to be blocked up, leaving me feeling frustrated, unqualified, and without support for my disability situation. It's been challenging to navigate through all the disability programs and government assistance programs, feeling that people at these organizations are just not enthusiastic or lack excitement about helping people. It's time for me to break out my handy tools and start some needed wrench time with a dose of reality to address these challenges and concerns about the system that's meant to support people with disabilities.
