But the FLU Refuses to Leave!


Join me on my wellness journey as I share my personal experience with migraine freedom, but this time, I'm still dealing with the lingering FLU symptoms. I'm someone who's suffered from chronic headaches since I was 37, I know how debilitating they can be. But just as my Migraine began to FADE, I found myself have to recover from the FLU. I'm almost 100%, but I need one more day of rest and more sleep today to get back to my normal self. If you're struggling with migraine awareness and seeking headache freedom, you're not alone.
