Why I Can't Sleep: A Gen X True Story!


I often wake up feeling exhausted every morning. My Sleep Habits and Patterns are Trashed, and I think I am finally aware of what may be causing the problem. There are even days where I don't feel like getting out of bed in the morning. Watch the whole video and see if this is happening to you. Just so you know, You're not alone! Waking up tired can be a frustrating and debilitating experience that can affect your entire day. I know.
